effrey and Mark did a wonderful job in getting our house sold, we sat and discussed the current market and how to price our house correctly to sell it in the time frame we wanted, it worked out perfectly and Jeffrey and Mark  took care of everything for us, this was very important as we live outside of the US and  needed someone that could help us through the whole process, i would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking to sell or buy a property
